By browsing or using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site is a marketing and information resource about Carous' products for UK car dealers — dealer websites, the Carous DMS dashboard, lead capture and integrations, stats & reports, and the AutoSOR consignment programme. It is not itself a vehicle sales platform, and no vehicle is offered for sale by Carous through this site.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any account.
• Submit false, misleading or spam enquiries through our forms, chat assistant or WhatsApp widget.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
• Scrape, copy or reuse site content for a competing product or service without our written permission.

Unless otherwise stated, the Carous name, logo, site design, text, graphics and underlying code are owned by or licensed to Carous Limitedand protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from this site without our permission. Product screens, dashboards and vehicle imagery shown on this site are illustrative examples of our products and, unless labelled otherwise, do not represent a specific dealer's live stock or data.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Product pricing is confirmed directly with our sales team and isn't published on this site. Vehicle stock, pricing indicators and dealer data referenced in our products are sourced from Auto Trader and other feeds and may change without notice.

Submitting a contact form, requesting a demo, or chatting with our AI assistant does not itself create a contract between you and Carous. Any agreement to supply our products or services — including pricing, term and scope — is set out separately in writing (e.g. a signed proposal or service agreement) once discussed with our team.

This site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Auto Trader and Google reCAPTCHA. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party sites, and linking to them doesn't imply endorsement.

This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carous Limited excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
